We are looking for a Head Chef to run our kitchen team at Lone Star Tauranga.
Lone Star is famous for providing quality food to our guests using only the best and freshest produce.
This is a challenging and exciting role for someone with initiative, energy and passion.

Have a good understanding of controlling cost of goods
Have a good understanding of wage cost and time management
Have a good understanding of the Food Control Plan and the requirements
You will possess:
• Experience as a chef in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Good leadership skills
• The ability to maintain high food safety & hygiene standards subject to audit.
• The ability to remain cool and calm during stressful times.
• The ability to make quick decisions
and prioritise when necessary.
• The ability to follow long standing and successful systems and procedures.
