1. Click that user id, then you will go to that user's profile. like https://kiwikiwifly.com/%3F/pe ... BTeam
2. You will see that is an icon "Messages" button and a "@ask him" button on the user's profile.
3. Click that Inbox Messages button then you can send a message to him.
4. Or, you can also submit a ticket to us, just click this link, https://www.kiwikiwifly.com/?/ticket/publish/ then submit the user id and post url to us.
