if someone has experience of more than 20 years. Is it easy to get jobs in NZ ? And for job what we have to do? And is there any exam for job?

In new zealand there are lot of vaccancies for veterinary doctor (degree of BVSc and AH).. if someone has experience of more than 20 years. And amazing hand for surgery .Is it easy to get job there? And for job what we have to do? And is there any exam for job?
