How long does delivery take?
Because we’ve added extra processes and safe working practices into our fulfilment centres, combined with an increase in online shopping our deliveries are taking longer than normal. Please allow extra time over and above our usual delivery timescales to receive your order.

Can I still order online for home delivery?
Yes, we are accepting orders for a limited range of essential items for home delivery. Our delivery partners have made temporary changes to their delivery process to keep customers and delivery teams safe.
What is an essential item?
An essential item is one that provides for the necessities of life. This includes warm clothing. Essential items are marked with an ‘Essential’ badge on our website and can be added to the online basket and checkout out. Non-essential items cannot be purchased at this time.

Can I buy from your website for international delivery?
No, we are only accepting orders for New Zealand delivery at this time. This is to ensure our stock and our warehouse/dispatch resources are focused on supporting the New Zealand community as per the New Zealand government directives.

Which stores are closing
Following the direction from the government all of our New Zealand stores are now closed.
How long do you expect your stores to be closed?
We do not know at present, we continue to follow the advice and direction from the Government of New Zealand and will keep you updated.
How do I contact the local store?
Closed stores cannot be contacted. If you wish to contact us please use our online contact form, or submit a Live Chat ticket via our website.
What if my product is currently with you for a repair, or develops a fault while your stores are closed?
Where the item is already in one of our stores or with our approved repair agents, the service has had to be suspended whilst the closures continue. Once we are able to resume our repair service or replace your item, we will get in touch to update you.
RETURNS
Can I change my order? / I ordered the wrong item.
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Can I still return or exchange my online order?
Whilst the New Zealand government lockdown is in place we recommend holding onto your parcel and waiting until stores reopen and parcel delivery services return. Our warehouse is not able to process returns while operating under COVID-19 restrictions. As we are unable to receive mailed returns there is a high likelihood that any parcels in transit will be returned to sender.
We have extended our returns policy to 60 days for now, so that you will not run out of time or be disadvantaged by this disruption. We will continue to review this policy as the situation changes.
How do I return items that I purchased in store?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns until our stores can reopen. Once the lockdown ends, returns can be taken to open stores for the extended 60 day period, in line with our returns policy.
Can I return a store purchase to your Distribution Centre?
Unfortunately this not an option as we don't have access to your original payment method used.
Whilst the New Zealand government lockdown is in place we recommend holding onto your parcel and wait until stores reopen. Closed stores cannot be contacted. If you wish to contact us please use our online contact form, or submit a Live Chat ticket via our website.
What if my product is currently with you for a repair, or develops a fault while your stores are closed?
Where the item is already in one of our stores or with our approved repair agents, the service has had to be suspended whilst the closures continue. Once we are able to resume our repair service or replace your item, we will get in touch to update you.

Can I change my order? / I ordered the wrong item.
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Can I still return or exchange my online order?
Whilst the New Zealand government lockdown is in place we recommend holding onto your parcel and waiting until stores reopen and parcel delivery services return. Our warehouse is not able to process returns while operating under COVID-19 restrictions. As we are unable to receive mailed returns there is a high likelihood that any parcels in transit will be returned to sender.

How long does delivery take?
Because we’ve added extra processes and safe working practices into our fulfilment centres, combined with an increase in online shopping our deliveries are taking longer than normal. Please allow extra time over and above our usual delivery timescales to receive your order.

What is an essential item?
An essential item is one that provides for the necessities of life. This includes warm clothing. Essential items are marked with an ‘Essential’ badge on our website and can be added to the online basket and checkout out. Non-essential items cannot be purchased at this time.

How long do you expect your stores to be closed?
We do not know at present, we continue to follow the advice and direction from the Government of New Zealand and will keep you updated.
How do I contact the local store?
Closed stores cannot be contacted. If you wish to contact us please use our online contact form, or submit a Live Chat ticket via our website.
What if my product is currently with you for a repair, or develops a fault while your stores are closed?
Where the item is already in one of our stores or with our approved repair agents, the service has had to be suspended whilst the closures continue. Once we are able to resume our repair service or replace your item, we will get in touch to update you.
RETURNS
Can I change my order? / I ordered the wrong item.
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Can I still return or exchange my online order?
Whilst the New Zealand government lockdown is in place we recommend holding onto your parcel and waiting until stores reopen and parcel delivery services return. Our warehouse is not able to process returns while operating under COVID-19 restrictions. As we are unable to receive mailed returns there is a high likelihood that any parcels in transit will be returned to sender.
We have extended our returns policy to 60 days for now, so that you will not run out of time or be disadvantaged by this disruption. We will continue to review this policy as the situation changes.
How do I return items that I purchased in store?

Sometimes the best adventures take you off the beaten track. We designed the Quest Tent for two people on a mission. Small enough to fit in a backpack, but big enough to kick back in. The Quest is like a two-man tent inside a bigger living room - an oversized vestibule with enough room to store gear and bikes or to hang out and plan your next day's adventure. Working with solar panel specialists, GoalZero, we've integrated this technology into the Quest to keep your GPS, GoPro or iPad going all through your trip so you can keep exploring and capturing your adventures.

It’s roomy enough inside to read a book, with a 3D foot-box big enough to keep your boots out of the weather. A strategically-placed face vent can be opened from inside the bag to help prevent condensation, while the durable, waterproof floor stands up to damp, rocky conditions. There is a tie-in point for climbers through the dual zip sliders, peg out points for windy/slippery conditions, and a dual guy-line to keep the bag off your face. The opening can be fully closed, fully opened, or opened with a mesh screen for insect protection. Tested by our Best in Field gear-testers.

Kathmandu stores across New Zealand have temporarily closed as part of the New Zealand government measures to contain COVID-19. Our website is open for business selling a limited range of essential products to support our New Zealand customers during this time. Our team are continuing to take extra steps to clean and sanitise our distribution centre more frequently and are practising safe distances whilst continuing to maintain service levels.

ORDERS & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Because we’ve added extra processes and safe working practices into our fulfilment centres, combined with an increase in online shopping our deliveries are taking longer than normal. Please allow extra time over and above our usual delivery timescales to receive your order.

Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, you can check the status of your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing ‘My Orders’. To check the delivery status, click on the ‘View order’ link > ‘Order shipments’ link > ‘Track this shipment link’.
Can I still order online for home delivery?
Yes, we are accepting orders for a limited range of essential items for home delivery. Our delivery partners have made temporary changes to their delivery process to keep customers and delivery teams safe.
What is an essential item?
An essential item is one that provides for the necessities of life. This includes warm clothing. Essential items are marked with an ‘Essential’ badge on our website and can be added to the online basket and checkout out. Non-essential items cannot be purchased at this time.
Can I change my order? / I ordered the wrong item.
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or exchange, please see “RETURNS” below for more detail.
Can I still order online and Pick up In-Store?
No. We have temporarily suspended our Pick Up In-Store service during this time due to store closures.
I haven’t picked up my Pick up In-Store order from your store and now it’s closed, what happens?
If it’s no longer possible to collect your order we’ll arrange a refund. Please get in touch with our customer service team.
Can I buy from your website for international delivery?
No, we are only accepting orders for New Zealand delivery at this time. This is to ensure our stock and our warehouse/dispatch resources are focused on supporting the New Zealand community as per the New Zealand government directives.

Which stores are closing
Following the direction from the government all of our New Zealand stores are now closed.
How long do you expect your stores to be closed?
We do not know at present, we continue to follow the advice and direction from the Government of New Zealand and will keep you updated.
How do I contact the local store?
Closed stores cannot be contacted. If you wish to contact us please use our online contact form, or submit a Live Chat ticket via our website.
What if my product is currently with you for a repair, or develops a fault while your stores are closed?
Where the item is already in one of our stores or with our approved repair agents, the service has had to be suspended whilst the closures continue. Once we are able to resume our repair service or replace your item, we will get in touch to update you.
RETURNS
Can I change my order? / I ordered the wrong item.
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Can I still return or exchange my online order?
Whilst the New Zealand government lockdown is in place we recommend holding onto your parcel and waiting until stores reopen and parcel delivery services return. Our warehouse is not able to process returns while operating under COVID-19 restrictions. As we are unable to receive mailed returns there is a high likelihood that any parcels in transit will be returned to sender.
We have extended our returns policy to 60 days for now, so that you will not run out of time or be disadvantaged by this disruption. We will continue to review this policy as the situation changes.
How do I return items that I purchased in store?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns until our stores can reopen. Once the lockdown ends, returns can be taken to open stores for the extended 60 day period, in line with our returns policy.
Can I return a store purchase to your Distribution Centre?
Unfortunately this not an option as we don't have access to your original payment method used.

**Well over a Decade of experience**
(Minimum damage, is where damage is only on a small area of the photo (ie 1/5), and not over critical areas like face, eyes, mouth)
(Medium Damage is where about 1/3 of the image "in proportion" contains damage
.
(Major damage is where 1/2 of the photo will need attention rather than just a small part of the photo)
- Remove Objects or people from a photo. (extra cost)
- Partially missing image reconstruct (where possible)
- Restore or retouch images.
- Noise or paper pattern improvement (or removal where possible)
- Red eye and or scar removal.
- Color or gamma correction.
- Convert black and white to sepia to make photo look aged, or from color to black and white.
- Changing item color.
- Make a body slimmer, body alterations. (ie remove scars, etc)
**Please have realistic expectations**
I will provide a fully restored result (watermarked) prior to gig purchase, on purchased, watermark removed. view all

The photography on photo paper has to be converted to a digital copy by a scanner machine - a good original resolution is mandatory if you intend to print the restored result.
Restoration process isn't about pumping up the poor resolution, but only to fix the issues occurred over the time (scratches, tear, dirts, spots, etc)
For improving the bad resolution only - I have a dedicated gig (check out my seller profile)
Images extremely damaged will start at $25.00, if I estimate the restoration is still possible.
