Ideally you will:
Have experience laying concrete and PVC pipe
Be able to spot for excavators and work around machinery
Be physically fit and capable of manual labouring tasks when required
Have a full Class 1 drivers licence
Be able to operate excavators, loaders, rollers and compactors

Your part time role will include providing a wide range of office management duties including:
• Day to day running of the office
• Provision of administrative support to the company directors
• Accounts management
• Health and Safety monitoring
• Other ad hoc duties as required
• Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30 pm. Flexibility can be given to the right applicant
You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office
