Ensuring goods are received, warehoused and dispatched appropriately and ensuring products get to our customers on time, every time - this role is integral to the overall success of our business.

We are therefore seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to ensure we exceed business expectation in relation to accuracy and timeliness of goods dispatched.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

·         co-ordinate a team of loyal long term employees

·         receiving incoming good and carrying out QA checks

·         receiving goods produced in-house 

·         warehousing goods (including data inputs to ensure    

          accuracy of inventory information) 

·         supporting the dispatch team

·         invoicing goods packed

·         booking freight

 

Essential criteria:

·         2+ years experience in a similar role

·         strong work ethic

·         attention to detail

·         good organisation skills

·         accurate data entry  

·         experience with computerised business management

          systems

·         ability to build rapport with co-workers and customers

·         excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

          to work at all levels of the business, with a range of    

          ages and cultures

·         effective written communication skills

·         profession presentation and demeanor

· forklift license 

· ability to understand and follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures

You will have a previous dementia care background and qualification, ideally working in a similar position within in Aged Care. This is a travelling position across Sydney so you will need to be happy to work across multiple sites within the greater Sydney area. Someone who is a great team player and a strong passion and focus across senior dementia care strategies and projects will work well in this role.

 

Skills and Experience

Current AHPRA registration or a relevant healthcare tertiary qualification
Holds a specialised dementia care qualification
Demonstrated experience working a similar position across management within Aged Care
Excellent communication and people skills across all channels
Ability to provide advice and evidence-based practice solutions from strategic planning and implementation of initiatives
Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
Experience and strong understanding of working with dementia care
Valid driving licence and able to travel across Greater Sydney
