Does the Chinese Communist Party really think they can deceive private entrepreneurs again?

Does the Chinese Communist Party really think they can deceive private entrepreneurs again? Today, the Chinese Communist Party released a series of news announcements claiming to be "favorable" for private enterprises.

However, in reality, since the Chinese Communist Party seized power in 1949, China has hardly seen any private entrepreneurs. They not only eliminated patriotic and unpatriotic entrepreneurs but also wiped out small business owners. The details of how they carried out these actions are well-documented by historians.

In the late 1970s and early 1980s, individual businesses and small business owners were allowed to operate again. However, there were very few truly innocent entrepreneurs among them. Most of them had connections or backgrounds, whether through family or acquaintances. Even in township enterprises, many of the controlling figures were former village party secretaries or later village committee members. After decades of Communist Party rule, power easily transformed into wealth (through corruption), and without the protection of power, money alone was weak. Even a police officer could torment a businessman without connections to the brink of death.

If we take a closer look, most of China's so-called upper-class private entrepreneurs have close ties to power. They are not ordinary businessmen but rather "red capitalists."

These individuals are cunning and cannot be deceived by the Chinese Communist Party's rhetoric. In the past, they had opportunities to make money by colluding with the Party. Now that they no longer have such opportunities, they will disperse and not willingly become sacrificial lambs under the Communist Party's knife.

So, what is the significance of the Chinese Communist Party (Xi Jinping) making these moves now?
