Is anyone else experiencing issues with being able to assert a new location for an existing helium hotspot?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with being able to assert a new location for an existing hotspot? I was able to do it from the Black Wallet app a few days ago before the new version of the app came out but not able to do it since I have downloaded the newest version. I go through the process but it never connects to use my available data credits and just has 0 SOL listed as the Network Fees. It says device was “Successfully Asserted Location” but it never actually changes. Any input would be appreciated or if there are other ways to assert a new location besides the Black Heium app.
