What prepaid sim card option would you recommend for someone traveling to US from europe in few weeks? And what amount of data is enough if you only use safari and google maps on a 5-6 day trip?

I’ve recently switched from Verizon after having them for 15 years to T-Mobile, and have been blown away by how much better my service has been. Especially at my house, which is in a very rural area. I rarely had more than one or two bars of LTE with Verizon, and now I generally have, two bars of 5G with T-Mobile. I can even use my hotspot to play games online on my PS five. Very impressed with T-Mobile‘s service improvements over the years.

I just switched from VERIZON $135 to VISIBLE for $50 dollars and I like it. The speeds are outstanding inside Las Vegas strip since I get a good 37mbps when big crowds are present, enough for 1080p. Around the strip and outskirts of the city i get consistent 70-140mbps. I'm also trying BOOST INFINITE for $25 and my S23 Ultra got 100-400mbps in all same places. But it does change from 5G to 4G LTE often, not consistent. I stayed with visible because consistency, I go to outdoor ranges off road in some parts of the dessert which Visible often worked well for text and call with 2.67-8.6 mbps while Boost LTE kicks in at 1.64-4.7mbps and the service drops often. Visible, Very consistent service but slower speeds below 140mbps. Boost Infinite, Very fast speeds, not consistent service.
