There are many passengers who are not using public transport due to the COVID crisis but who have purchased a Myki Pass which still has some time to run.
PTV has advised that people who have a Myki Pass they won’t be using during the crisis can “pause” it until they need it again.
That will preserve the remaining money on the card and also preserve the remaining period for which the Pass is valid.
