Canterbury Aluminium has been manufacturing the Fairview brand of windows and doors for over 30 years. Our product range is broad from large commercial projects to new homes and replacement joinery in existing houses. We aim to make a quality product that customers and staff can be both proud of.
Due to staff movement we are seeking an experienced aluminium fabricator for immediate start. Duties may include but not limited to:
Assembly of aluminium frames
Site fabrication when required
Glazing units
Reading and interpreting plans
Load and unload truck
Operating and maintaining plant and equipment
Deliver completed frames when required
Adhere to all health & safety requirements
To be successful you will have a minimum 2 years experience fabricating. We need someone who has a good attention to detail, is safety conscious, keen to learn, shows initiative and will work hard every day.
We aim to provide a fun, safe environment in a team that works well together so a good sense of humour will come in handy. We are wanting to find the right person that will fit in and happy to train where skills are lacking. Remuneration is based on work history and there is plenty of opportunity to gain further experience.
