Warehouse Supervisor:
Requires a certain level of warehouse or logistics management experience, including familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, distribution, and team management.
Able to effectively lead and manage warehouse teams, including guiding and training employees, setting work plans and goals, and resolving issues and conflicts.
Familiar with best practices in warehouse management, including inventory control, goods receiving and placement, warehouse layout and optimization, and the use of equipment and tools.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with different departments and teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and coordinated supply chain.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and related software, able to conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and optimize warehouse operations.
Ability to solve problems and handle emergencies, able to make quick decisions and take appropriate measures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel
Strong sense of responsibility and good safety awareness
Bachelor's degree, with preference given to those with a major in supply chain management
Prior experience is preferred

Warehouse Staff Requirements:
Able to operate warehouse equipment and tools, such as forklifts, pallet trucks, barcode scanners, etc. Relevant certificates or training experience will be given priority.
Manage daily receiving and returning of goods
Familiar with warehouse management systems and logistics software, able to use computers for data input and record-keeping.
Good time management and organizational skills, able to efficiently handle warehouse operations and goods distribution.
Counting goods, inventory, packaging, and shipping
Assist in unloading containers, inspecting goods to ensure they are undamaged
Proficient in basic office software such as Word and Excel
Physical Requirements: Warehouse work often involves long periods of standing, walking, and lifting. Therefore, recruitment requirements may involve certain physical conditions, such as being able to lift a certain weight or having a certain level of physical health.
