Type Full time, PermanentWe are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative for a full time position in our Winton clinic. The role's focus is on providing outstanding customer service to our companion animal clients, however you will also assist the retail team with rural retail sales as required.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate;
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to efficiently and effectively juggle multiple demands, at times in high pressure situations
Ability to work effectively as a team player, interacting across multiple departments
Good computing skills with capacity to pick up new systems quickly
This is a great role for someone with a background or training in veterinary nursing, where you can put your knowledge and animal handling skills to task; completing companion animal bookings and admissions, and managing the small animal stock requirements for the clinic.
You'll work closely with our retail team as well as our nursing team to support them behind the scenes and enable them to focus on what's important - providing an excellent and personalised service to our clients and patients.
