Reference Dinsdale1) responsible for discussing client needs and making appointments .
2) consulting with clients to determine their beauty therapy needs.
3) suggest and provide different beauty therapy treatments,including facial ,treatments ,waxing, bleaching and threading, tinting colours etc
4)Ensuring that the clients are provided good customer service and any concerns of theirs are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner . Main aim being to strengthen and increase customer base.
5) selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
6) Assisting with maintenance of stock levels and ensuring supplies are replenished in time as per the salon requirements
7)must be able to work late night, weekends and public holidays
8) Ability to motivate staff
9)Honest, punctual and hard working
10) Must have at least two years of new Zealand experience as a assistant manager or salon supervisor or similar experience
11)Relevant business management qualification or relevant work experience
12) Assisting with the development of strategies to promote the salon‘s goods and services with the sole aim of expanding the customer base and maximising profits.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
