The main purpose of this role is to accurately input data onto Excel spread sheets and in so doing, provide support to the team. We need a candidate who can literally hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
* Extensive data entry duties
* Extensive use of Microsoft Excel
* Answering the telephone when necessary
* General office administration
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous data entry experience
* Some SAP experience would be advantageous
* Attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* IT literate with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Quick learner
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Being able to work as part of a team and able to use own initiative
