 今天禁足,大门都没有出,响应新西兰政府不出门就是为社会做贡献的号召。先汇报下疫情,今天确诊85例,总数368。真正令人震惊的倒是美国,一天增加了1万8千人,总数达到了85000,超过了中国和意大利,成为了世界第一!看了看新闻下面的评论,有不少网友都在幸灾乐祸。其实全球经济化的时代,大家都在一条船上,美国和中国两个大国更是举足轻重,美国经济下滑必然也会影响到中国。希望病毒能快速在全球范围内消失吧。







女儿的学校封城的第一天就不去学校开始上网课了,今天一早就乐呵呵和和我分享肖战粉丝什么的视频,弄得我一头雾水。肖战是谁?肖战粉丝怎么了?饭圈又是什么?果然有代沟无法沟通。我严肃的问起今天的学习计划,很快就和我Bye Bye了,话不投机聊不下去……








封闭在家,刷手机的时间明显多了。今天又见证了一个历史,昨晚中国政府宣布自29日期禁止所有持有效中国签证与居留许可证的外国人入国。这恐怕也是中国建国以来首次封闭边境吧。也很理解这个政策的出台,毕竟在新冠全球大流行的背景和中国疫情已经明显得到控制的情况下,海外的华人回国是一个保护自己的选择,这其中有许多华人早已入了外国籍并且持有中国的签证和居留证了,也算是外国人了。算起来就有好几千万人,光美国就有500万华人,如果不控制入境,现在执行的入境隔离政策根本支撑不住。只是海外的同胞回国越来越难了,包括我自己,虽然目前所持的还是中国护照和新西兰签证,但是一是回去的航班大幅度减少,二是路上也不尽安全,还是继续在村里呆着吧。







当官不为民做主,不如回家卖红薯。中国封闭边境的政策也是保护国民免遭新冠侵袭,新西兰也一样在保护自己的国民。封国封城虽然能阻止病毒的传播,但是必定会带来失业和经济下滑,所有政府也出台了经济补助政策来解决民困,其中就包括:

51亿新元用于受影响企业的工资补贴;

28亿新元用于最弱势人群的收入支持,包括每周永久性增加25新元福利及加倍冬季能源补助;

28亿新元用于商业税调整、释放现金流,包括提高预缴税起征点、建筑折旧扣除复原、注销逾期缴税利息;

首轮6亿新元用于航空部门支持;

首轮5亿新元用于加强对卫生系统的支持;

1.26亿新元用于COVID-19专项病假补助及自我隔离支持;




考虑到疫情期间收入下降,新西兰各大银行也推迟了贷款延迟偿还的服务,总的来说也看得出来政府也在帮助全国的老百姓度过这个难关。




我们去年也在新西兰注册了一个旅游公司,做一些邮轮和新西兰旅游的业务。不过,随着新冠病毒国内和新西兰的相继爆发,目前生意也完全木有了,于是今天也在网上申请了一下补助,不知道符不符合条件。

奥克兰封城日记:封城第一天,空空荡荡的新西兰

奥克兰封城日记:封城第一天,空空荡荡的新西兰
 
今天新西兰的确诊病例增加了78例,累计总数283。看似数字增加了不少,但是我相信这应该之前积累的病例,只是现在才检测和统计。新西兰人口也只有480万,地广人稀,封城的政策对控制疫情肯定是有作用的,新西兰还完全没有到达爆发的阶段,国内的朋友和家里的亲人完全不必要过于担心。








根据从网络上看来之前欧美澳的各类封城文章,西方人自由的天性很难被束缚,所以也很好奇新西兰会怎么样。所以一大早就开了车出去逛逛。当然,开车逛逛是不符合现在的封城条例的,但是可以驾车去超市购物啊,所以我就打算这么逛着去超市。当然口罩还是必须要带着呢。







总的来说,新西兰人还是比较听话的,说不出来就不出来,马路上车子少得可怜,各家各户门口停的车子倒是多了起来。当然,还是有零零星星出来遛狗遛娃和跑步的,只是相对人还是比平时少了很多,隔得也比较远,西方人还是坚持不戴口罩。





说到超市就到超市,那怕家里屯的东西还有,也看看会不会有恐慌迹象。现实证明目前还不用担心,除了面粉什么都有。有两点重大变化,门口多了个工作人员一边发送湿纸巾给你擦手推车,一边唠叨着要保持2米社交距离;另一个是自助收银台隔台开放,以减少人和人之间的距离。亚洲人包括我基本上戴了口罩,西方人也有戴,极少。







买了点东西回家,顺便小兜一圈,天空已经放晴,一路上蓝天白云,绿草成荫,路边的树冠的颜色已经开始分层,从黄绿到棕红,深深的秋天的气息。秋天是我最喜欢的新西兰的季节,比其他季节色彩更为丰富,之前每个秋天都会自驾出去玩一趟,今年是恐怕不能如愿了。








之前在瓦纳卡湖边的秋游,只是不知疫情何时休,新西兰何时才能开放边境,与片中人相见了。







插播一个乌龙,早上看到一张照片说是一对意大利白衣天使夫妻奋力抢救了134名新冠病人后均被感染死亡,心里被这份悲伤和浪漫而触动。虽然被证明这是一个假新闻,照片拍摄地实在西班牙巴塞罗那机场,但是这有什么关系呢?相信现在的意大利和西班牙乃至全世界都有无数的白衣天使夫妇在抢救人们的生命,生命无价,爱情无价,为他们致敬!




一直在坚持写旅游类的公众号,也会关注新西兰本地的新闻。本地的新闻来源主要是两大网站Stuff和Herald。其中有一篇文章记录封城第一天早上新西兰照片,新西兰的封城的第一天明显失去了往日的繁忙,这样的新西兰别有一种安静氛围,也许更符合新西兰的气质吧。也给人一种视觉和心灵上的冲击——这个世界怎么了?这个世界应该怎样?
