• Entry of shipping and customs information for import and export including accurate recording of all customs clearance information.
• Organising clearance & collection of incoming goods and their onward delivery
• Organising and booking goods for export with relevant paperwork
• MPI paperwork and bookings
• Customs Paperwork including tariff classification for import and export customs clearances
• NZTA bookings and paperwork
• Customer Service – Keeping customers updated to the status of shipments, relevant costs, timeframes etc.
• Liaising with clients for documentation and/or information
• Dealing with client enquires online and on the telephone
• Managing & actioning emails promptly
• Creating & Maintaining Job Files & accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods
• Invoicing as required
• Delivery/Collection of goods to and from our clients as required
• We are a small business, at times you will be required to do general admin or maintenance tasks as required.
